Dwithun has been in the fitness industry for over five years, specializing in strength training and muscle-building programs for skinny individuals. He understands the struggle of feeling weak, lifting without seeing results, and struggling to gain weight despite eating more.
Through years of trial and refinement, he mastered progressive overload techniques, structured weightlifting, and optimized nutrition strategies to help clients get stronger, gain muscle, and feel more powerful. At Square Fitness, he designs custom strength programs that focus on sustainable muscle growth, proper recovery, and a smart approach to training.
His mission is to help individuals unlock their true strength, improve their confidence, and build a body that not only looks strong but performs even better.
